LeadWise Research and Support Incorporated was born from the idea of providing evidence-based approach in service provision. We value the importance of research and using evidence-based practices, curriculum, and approaches to help bridge the gap in service delivery. Through its nonprofit structure, we aim to provide service to people, especially in the Northern Territory which expands to rural and remote communities, by empowering the community through strategic research, advocacy, and development initiatives.
Our main goal is to ensure that the systemic barriers will be broken and pushing to foster environments of equality and inclusion. This can be achieved through specialised support services and promoting personal growth. We are a registered charity with Institute of Community Directors Australia and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
